3 Ways to pay:
1. Cash ($10 but this only works if you can buy it from me in person or from someone else who is selling them for me. Do not send cash in the mail).

2. Check - $10 made out to AmeriCares OR $12 made out to Ira Miller if CD is being mailed to you. If you prefer, you can send two checks - one for $10 (or more) made payable to AmeriCares and one for $2 for shipping made out to Ira Miller. Be sure to include a note with shipping information.

IF you buy 10 CDs (talk to your friends and collect money from them!) shipping is free (in the United States only). If you buy 10 CDs through paypal the final cost is $105 to cover paypal fees.

Your entire $10 will go to AmeriCares (http://www.americares.org/) for their on-going relief efforts in Haiti. Any money left over from paying shipping costs will also be donated to AmeriCares.
